SABON

First of all, I admit, I used to work for Sabon. In my second year in Israel I somehow was lucky enough to get to know the marketing manager who asked me to take care of the German website, which I did until they got bought by Yves Rocher and outsourced everything to Germany. But I swear, my obsession for their products started waaaay before. I remember back then (maybe in 2007?) I went shopping on Shenkin Street, which was one of my favorite streets in Tel Aviv. Actually, it still is. That was my first contact with Sabon and the beginning of a beauty-love-story…

The first time I entered the store, I thought I was in heaven. I was like yes, this must be what it smells like up there. I probably spent half my salary there and until now, everything in my shower is Sabon. I love their Patchoulli-Lavender-Vanilla line, though I don’t even like lavender - somehow the combination smells incredible. Whenever I don’t know what to get for someone’s birthday, I know Sabon will do. Everyone loves it. Well, at least all of my girlfriends do.

Definitely go to the store on Shenkin street - it was the very first one that opened in Israel and it’s by far the prettiest. Also, make sure not to miss out on their home section downstairs. It looks like my fairytale dressing-bath-room, or something like that. The design and packaging are always on point and you can’t go wrong with their shower products, trust me!
