Tangier
Wanna go wild but you’re on a budget? No problem, Tangier’s got you covered. Choose from 5 different options on the menu, pay one fixed price and drink as much as you like. For 79 Shekel you get unlimited beer and house wine, for 89 you get mohito and aperol spritz…and so on - depending on how fancy you like your drink. Sounds fishy? Don’t worry, we’re in Israel! People here, for some reason, know how to drink responsibly. If there was a bracelet bar like that in Germany, it would probably be the most unpleasant bar experience I can think of. However, rest assured, it’s different here!
Yes, the service might be a little slow, but come on, you have time… I recommend you to come early and try the food as well. I was surprised how good it is! I had the feta-spinach knafe and it was delicious! Also, pay attention to the Moroccan design and the authentic oriental music. I really like the vibes here, the later it gets, the better the chances that people actually start dancing.
This is definitely one of the places I keep returning to, especially if I feel like drinking, which doesn’t happen a lot, I promise (I had to write that in case mommy will read).
